We had cctv installed by this company and thought they were great but unfortunately the after care is non existent. I have asked repeatedly for instructions on how to fix faults with the cctv system as occasionally one of the cameras will go offline but for some reason they refuse to give them to me. They don’t respond to messages and never answer the phone. All I want is for them to fix the issues with the cameras as they said I had a 3 year warranty but they never want to help. It causes so much stress and I’m so disappointed as they were so good when they installed the cctv.

Work was carried out professionally, it's the after care which was very poor, poor communication especially after spending so much. Tried to call, messages ignored and now stuck with lights that we cannot control
