Nick come to look at the job, two very tired front gardens, Nick was very thorough & knowledgable in explaining the work we wanted done. Nick sent through a quote, via email, later same day, again very informative, as to work to be carried out, price, length of job timings & date to commence. Nick and his team did a wonderful job of installing a new patio. He is not a pushy salesperson and allowed me time to consider what I wanted. Nick keeps you informed by phone and text. Even when weather doesn't go to plan, he has a plan to get back on track. He has laid a first-class grey sandstone patio and it looks briliant. Nick visited us in mid February. At the time we weren’t totally sure what we wanted so were open to ideas. Nick spent 2 hours giving suggestions which all aligned with our way of thinking. By the end of the meeting we had a plan! The quote came through which we were happy with and Nick & his team were booked in for mid April. Two weeks later the garden is finished! Nick and his team were all pleasant, polite & hardworking & we would absolutely recommend them. Nick continually liaised with us during the project for any tweaks. The quote was a fixed fee so no scary extra invoices.
