We had a set of leather dining room chairs that badly needed recovering. From the first contact Leather Doctor Ltd have been very helpful and flexible. We have a quality cream G-Plan leather suite which needed cushions refilling, straps replacing to provide support, one seat panel replacing and an intensive clean. Jackie discussed the options and costs with us and pointed out (correctly) that we would struggle to find a suite of a similar quality today. We investigated. She was right! We put our suite in Leather Doctor's hands. It was away a few weeks and they gave us chairs on loan. When we got the suite back it was as new again! Amazing!
