Bart responded with an estimate within a few minutes of me posting the job. He arrived on time the following day. His approach to the job was very thorough with excellent results. Even though there were complications he spent extra time fitting new seals all round and tested thoroughly for leaks afterwards . I highly recommend Bart and won’t hesitate to ask him to do more work for me in future.

Friendly and considerate; keen and enthusiastic about doing the job. Took his boots off without being asked. Identified that a previous plumber had used a fitting that was too short and went and fetched a new one from Screwfix. Price was fair and so far the toilet hasn’t leaked again. We’re having Bart back in March to change the sink in the same bathroom because we’ve been pleased so far.
