  Full bathroom replacement

  Luke carried out a full bathroom replacement completely stripping out old fixtures and tiles. He recommended suppliers to help us choose the new bathroom fixtures, flooring and tiles. The installation was carried out very efficiently and Luke explained what would be happening each day. We are absolutely delighted with the final result.

  I had a boiler service having just moved into a new property . He confirmed my booking and moved it to suit me better. He was very polite and helped me with the heating of my flat. Liam was courteous and cleaned up after himself and I will be using him for the annual service next year

  No water from upstairs tank

  Luke was excellent - he was able to visit within 24 hours of contact and fixed the problem within 1 visit. He is friendly and professional - this is the 3rd job he’s done for us and he is consistently excellent. Thank you!

  New cold water & header tanks in loft

  We’ve been using Luke for nearly 20yrs for all our plumbing requirements, so we had no hesitation in calling him straight away when we noticed water staining on the bedroom ceiling. He came promptly and found a very tiny leak in the ageing cold water tank (in the loft). We agreed if he’s changing the cold tank he may as well do the header tank at the same time. This was a Friday afternoon. He came back on Monday morning with all the parts. I left him to it and he was all done by late afternoon, all hoovered and cleaned up.
