Jon and his team did an amazing job on our building. Price was as agreed with a clear per brick price for repairs. We were given the number of repairs before that work started. Jon encountered lots of unexpected issues due to what the people that converted our building did, absorbing most costs and clearly explaining major structural issues they found with the window arches and quoting a fair price to fix those. The brickwork itself is amazing. Words can’t do it justice. There are lots of nice houses on our street but ours now looks the best! Have put before and after pictures below.

We are so pleased to have used LDN Renovation to upgrade our home to the remarkable standard it is now. The process went smoothly, with excellent project management, communication and completion on time. Standard of finish is second to none, with meticulous craftsmanship throughout. We look forward to utilising the additional space in our new open plan kitchen and fill the newly fitted bedroom wardrobes. The most significant upgrades for us have been the 2 bathrooms; one featuring a freestanding bathtub; the other a huge walk-in shower. Would highly recommend and we’re sure to use them again.

From start to completion everything went smoothly, within agreed budget and time frame and the finished work was just outstanding. Short version Alex and his team were perfect; I gave him a totally destroyed flat (renters even destroy the plumbing and main electrical supply) and I got back a high standard fully renovated flat . I really can’t praise enough Alex (and his colleagues ), communication was excellent and had a “can do” attitude from start till the end. He offered me multiple solutions on various matters including layout , electrical socket positioning etc in order for me to decide what would best fit my needs . Incredible! Complete flood renovation. Alex and team not only responded to my query immediately and visited with the most professional attitude of all tendering builders I contacted, but the price was the most competitive. The quality of workmanship (wood floor joinery in a tricky layout, electrics, plumbing, plastering) was bettered by just how tidy and respectful Alex’s team were throughout the project. High-touch, attentive and careful. Any decisions with design in mind are taken after seeking council or double-checking, which helps build trust. Very very happy with the work!

Alex and his team did a fantastic job from start to finish. Professional and high quality. We had frequent communication throughout the complex project of creating a bathroom in a new location in the house and the existing bathroom into a bedroom. Both rooms finished to a very high standard. I would highly recommend LDN Renovation to anyone and would not hesitate to use them again.
