  Front extension, garage conversion and bathroom replacement

  Leo and his team were excellent throughout the whole process, from scoping the work to preparing/planning and executing the work itself even though we were living there at the time, just to make their work more challenging!!! Leo and his team were always respectful to us and to our home, cleaning/tidying up after every day and trying to keep dust to a minimum. Most importantly, nothing is too much and even though there were challenges, we would always discuss to find a solution. I would definitely recommend LDN and have no hesitation in considering them for any future work. Well done & thanks!

  Wall removal and structural work

  Leo and his team did an amazing job between liaising with the structural engineer and planning controls. The work was conducted on time, excellent communications and site left spotless. Will deffo be going back for more quotes in the future.

  Family bathroom fitting, open plan conversion and a few odd jobs

  Leo and team are personable, adaptable to changes requested and tidied up well at the end of each day. Leo suggested solutions to onsite challenges and regularly kept us informed on the progress. We had a small bedroom on the first floor converted into a family bathroom, the old bathroom removed and had the kitchen extended into that space; and had the kitchen area made open plan. We also had a few other requests like tiling the fire place, working with the sprinkler fitters, putting in skirting, etc.

  Single story extension kitchen/diner

  LDN luxury build were a joy to work with from quote to completion of our project. With suggestions to improve and actualize the build. Opening up our kitchen & dinning room, adding an extension with a pitched roof, adding a utility room along with downstairs toilet. Creating something truly special. Leo and the team were always professional and punctual and worked incredibly hard to get the job completed within the allocated time and budget! I would not hesitate in recommending the team and would 100% use them again.

  Office refurbishment

  Leo and his team were absolutely fantastic! Extremely professional, kind, and communicative throughout the entire office refurbishment. They worked quickly and delivered exactly to our requirements without a single glitch. Rarely have I had such a smooth experience, everything was completed on time with no issues whatsoever.
