  Outbuilding/granny annex/ home rennovation

  We would recommend Leo and this team to anyone considering any type building works. Nothing was ever too much trouble and the attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond are second to none. They were always polite, friendly, and respectful, leaving everything spotless and tidy, which we really appreciated. The work was carried out so efficiently and smoothly, and we were especially grateful that everything stayed within the agreed budget. No surprises, no hidden costs — just honesty and professionalism throughout. A truly professional and lovely team.

  Amazing Builders!

  Leo and his team were brilliant! Creating a beautiful new extension for us, nothing was ever too much - even when we threw in u-turns and extra requests. They completed the work on time, supported with snagging quickly and were a pleasure to have around. Having builders in your house for a few months can be tough, but they were all lovely, worked respectfully and took the time to check in. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Leo and his team.

  Kitchen & Utility Rennovation

  Extensive renovation work, including a new boiler, plumbing & electrics for a new kitchen. Removed old kitchen and knocked down a wall between two rooms, as well as insulating and rendering the outside of the utility room and added a new roof. They also did painting and carpentry, including understairs cupboards. They were happy to answer all of our questions, big or small and went out of their way to make life easier for us during the process. The work was done on time, on budget and was done to a good standard. The team are hardworking & efficient. Good value – highly recommend.

They completed the work on time, at a very reasonable cost, and the quality of their workmanship is truly outstanding.   Bathroom renovation

  The team were extremely respectful and made sure that everywhere was left as clean and tidy at the end of each working day. I was kept informed of progress and any delays. It was a great team effort with customer satisfaction being key.

  Removing chimney breast, removing some walls, brick up window, replace flooring, plastering ceiling

  Leo and his team completed our project perfectly. Communication was great, these guys are friendly, and it was easy to work with them. They helped us to figure out our project details before the work started and also kept us updated throughout the project. We were worried because we could only leave property vacant for a short period of time, but they completed everything as they promised and we came back to refreshed and clean property, which was exciting.
