Dean from FHP was professional and fast. He came round the same day, identified the issue, sourced the needed part nearby and within an hour and a half we had hot water again. Thank you Dean.

Dean was absolutely fantastic, he recently fitted air conditioning in our home after installing our boiler last year. We are very impressed with his service and would highly recommend, for anyone looking for a friendly & professional service.

Dean came today to install an Air conditioning unit into my 88 year old mums home. He arrived on time , did a really professional job. Also with my mum being partial sighted didn’t leave any tools on the floor. Explain everything to both of us. Cleaned everything away and was really great price. Dean was amazing, fast response to my request and called me straight away to book in the repair. Explained everything to me about what had happened, where the leak was coming from and the options of fixing the leak. The leak and pipe replacement was completed there and then. Dean also explained a few other problems I had with my boiler and explained how these can be fixed also offering his services to complete these at a great rate. The price was very reasonable and options of how to pay the bill. An invoice was sent to me straight away as well as explaining what was at fault, what was completed and the price to keep for my records. I am very grateful for all the information Dean gave me and for his services. I would highly recommend FHP Heating and will definitely be using them in the future. I would also like to say Dean was a very polite, respectful and kind gentleman so thank you.

Dean was fantastic! We saw him doing work on a neighbours property and approached him after being let down by a corporate firm for fitting a gas cooker. Dean came two days later and fitted the cooker no issues! He was friendly and efficient and got the job done in a timely manner! Great value for money and great communication. He let us know in advance what time he was coming so we could have minimal disruption to our day! He was honest and gave us advice about other matters in our home and we would definitely use FHP again!
