After posting on my local Facebook group to see if anyone else had any issues after the powercut Andrew reached out to me and provided some neighbourly advice. He then came round to look at the boiler and managed to fix the problem quickly and would not accept any money for it. Andy was prompt and professional. Diagnosed the boiler really quickly, took steps to remedy and followed up on multiple occasions to check it was all ok. We then asked him to source and replace two showers. He sourced excellent quality, reasonably priced showers and fitted them while we carried on working downstairs. Communication was excellent throughout, the work is off the highest quality. You can really tell Andy cares about the work he does and who he does it for. Job location: ME2Had my boiler replaced 9 months ago. Would definitely recommend getting Andy in if you need a service or a new boiler. His communication was great and he even talked me through things when I started getting nosey about boilers and the installation. Talked me through the boiler once installed and am very glad to be having him back for servicing once a year.10 Various Heating Issues
