  House Rewiring

  Liam did excellent job rewiring our 4 bedroom house throughout. He always arrived on time, done the job around us still living in the property which couldn't have been easy, as he was forever cleaning after himself to cause as little obstruction to us as possible for which we were very greatful. He was always pleasant and professional, and we would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable electrician who knows his trade well.

  Upgrading electric cooker point

  We turned to Liam to help us with the installation of a new cooker. This required a 40 amp electricity supply but our existing cooker point was only 30 amps. Liam responded quickly and got the job done in time for the arrival of our new cooker. I was particularly impressed with the flexibility with which Liam scheduled his work with the cooker installation plan, which was constantly changing due to delays with the delivery. Liam also had his own challenges in getting hold of the components he needed in a tight timescale. Liam’s expertise and professionalism have been invaluable once again.

  Replacing & installing new lighting

  Fitting of 2 timer switches to control bathroom towel heaters.

  Liam fitted 2 timer switches to control our existing towel rails. Communication was excellent and Liam arrived on time. Slightly more work was required to make the existing setup safe and compliant and Liam explained this clearly and agreed the additional work and Labour prior to commencing. Work was carried out to a very high standard and the area was left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend and use again.

  Installation of PIV and extractor fans

  Excellent service, great communication and trouble shooting from LDM. Retrofitting an old cottage is tricky and LDM were more than up to the task. We highly recommend LDM.
