Luke was friendly, on-time and did a great job of installing a cat flap into a uPVC door and also tidied up after the job. From the moment he contacted us upon our request for quotes, he was pro-active and quick to respond. Would highly recommend.

Arranged with LDG Windows and Doors a day and time to come and see the problem with my conservatory roof. Despite confirming the arrangement in a text message he didn't turn up and did not respond to my subsequent messages. Discourteous and unreliable.

We had an issue with the front door - we approached Luke through checkatrade and received a very prompt reply...he was here the next day!. Nor only did he identify the problem, but he fixed it on the spot and he also advised on other door issues.

Luke knew what he was about. Correctly diagnosed the issue, explained the plan, executed quickly with no fuss. Highlighted a secondary issue and proposed a solution without being pushy.

Luke was great - he responded to my request quickly and work was carried out within 24 hours, even though it was Sunday morning. He was courteous and professional - would recommend.
