  Water Leak into downstairs kitchen ceiling

  Enquired via CAT for a plumber on Easter Sunday as had a water leak suspected from water tank on 1st floor of a town house. Luke answered by WhatsApp very promptly. I sent over some photos etc. I had turned off all the water. He agreed to come out later that day due to being Easter Sunday. He arrived an diagnosed the issue very quickly. I appreciated that he came out on a bank holiday. As I am under a tenancy agreement, agents contractors will now take on the works, however Luke came out and diagnosed on a BH which enabled us to have access to water again.

  Luke and his colleague came out on a Saturday to find and fix a leak in my bungalow. At the same time they replaced a leaking tap. They fixed the leak quickly and efficiently. Thanks guys. 👍

  Reliable and dependable plumber

  Luke got in contact quickly and arranged a date to replace the tap in our kitchen. At my request he suggested the product we needed and ordered it, keeping us up to date. The fitting was done quickly and the kitchen left as it was found.
