  Reliable, Skilled and Great Attention to Detail

  I hired this contractor to replace the flooring in one of the rooms in my house and to reinstate both the kitchen and bathroom. The quality of their work was outstanding. Everything was completed to a very high standard, and the team showed real professionalism throughout the entire project. They arrived on time, communicated clearly, and worked efficiently while keeping the space tidy. The flooring looks fantastic, and the kitchen and bathroom were reinstated with great care and attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in their work. I’m extremely happy with the results.

  RELIABLE, HONEST & COMPETENT!!

  We had mould in our flat. Dan was recommended by an electrician we had previously used. Dan was easy to get hold of, he came when he said he would come, was very good at explaining the problem and the solution, he was then prompt in providing a quote which was competitive. He was also clear how the payment would be structured - in stages. So we decided to go with him. He started the work when he said he would and kept me regularly informed throughout of progress via calls and sending photos. Overall I was very happy with the quality of the work and would recommend without hesitation.

  BROKEN DRAIN REPAIR

  Dan rescued us from a broken foul pipe and the awful smell that came from it. As always, he dealt with the whole issue in his usual thoughtful and thorough way, he even managed to take up the floorboards and replace them exactly as they were! We’re very grateful and are completely satisfied he was the right man for the job.

  Fantastic service & couldn’t be happier with results

  We couldn’t have had a better experience with Dan and his team. We needed a roof repair, wall rebuild, guttering, fascia’s and repointing. He was patient (we had a lot to work through with neighbours) and tailored our quotes exactly as we needed. The work itself was done to a very high standard, communication was clear and consistent and we’re so pleased with the results.   Shower room transformation

  Dan and the team turned a damp and dated bathroom into a bright, modern shower room, working quickly and efficiently. They found creative solutions for tricky corners, kept mess to a minimum and finished on time and budget. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

  Efficient and trust worthy

  Dan re- refurbished our flat, incl. repairs to brickwork, re-plastering, & refurbishing floors & I would highly recommend. His was by far the most competitive quote. He & his team worked extremely hard to complete the job to a high standard ahead of schedule. When there were some finishes we weren’t happy with, Dan was very easy to communicate with & come up with solutions so that ultimately we as the client were happy. He coordinated other trades to avoid any delays i.e. windows, & I am extremely impressed by the quality of their work. Very respectful to our neighbours, would work with again
