  Flat roof fix - Reliable and good quality work

  We were recommended Lee through a friend, and from the outset he was punctual for our initial meeting and throughout the entire project on our flat roof. Lee and his team were brilliant—they worked tirelessly all day to ensure the roof was fixed properly. They left everything clean and tidy, and it was clear they genuinely care about the quality of their work.

  Very Reliable and hard working

  Underpass Protection

  Excellent service from Lee — highly recommended. Lee installed underpass protection and a height warning sign for me today, and the work was completed to an excellent standard. He was professional, reliable, and worked efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. Communication was clear throughout, and the finished job has given me real peace of mind, which is invaluable. I would happily recommend Lee and wouldn’t hesitate to use his services again

  Rear extension & Kitchen

  LC Refurbishments of Colchester carried out a rear extension for us over the last few months. The works included a new fabulous kitchen including LVT flooring & all decorations. We are so impressed with the professionalism & detail to finish. They were all so clean & tidy. We have booked them in already to lay a new patio & construct a garden room for this spring.

  Resealing of a window following a leak

  Honest and trustworthy

  We asked Lee to replace our existing bathroom and we’re very happy with the end result. Ran into a few issues but Lee kept us informed and discussed options along the way. A fantastic finish and we now have the bathroom of our dreams! We’ve used Lee a couple of times now - very professional , friendly ( likeable!), conscientious and always on time. We really can’t recommend Lee highly enough. We will definitely be asking him back for future work.
