Booking the job was very straightforward, Sam and Owen were very professional and communication was top notch. Work carried out on time and to a high standard. Would definitely use again.

We have been using LCH Plumbing and heating for our annual boiler service since moving to our home in 2021. Logan and his team have also disconnected our old gas fire and oven, and reconnected new appliances, and replaced old radiators over the past 4 years of our total house renovation and modernisation. We are very happy with their standard of work, and feel very confident with the service and advice they provide, and wouldn't hesitate in recommending him and the team to our friends and neighbours.

Highly recommend LCH, always on time, working hard until the job completed. Polite and helpful, we have used LCH services on several occasions for plumbing and heating and found them to be most cooperative and reasonably priced. Would always contact them first whenever we need assistance with central heating or plumbing work.

We were happy with the work undertaken. The process of booking and rebooking appointments was great with excellent communication from Sam the office manager. The plumbing work (replace a kitchen tap and replace a shower thermostat unit was fine even with some challenges). Overall, happy to now have a working tap and shower again!
