Whole house needed to be brought into the 21st century

We hired Luis, along with his partner for 5 weeks to refit a home my daughter had bought before she moved in. To try and hit the deadline we did paper stripping, rubbing down, papering and painting, leaving them to do the difficult stuff.
We gave them a prioritised list because there was so much to do but not only did they complete it all, they took on extra tasks as necessary, including replacing the stopcock (taking the opportunity to fit an outside tap and sink). Everything was done to the highest standard and they were friendly, helpful and provided creative ideas along the way.

Whole house refurbishment.

We had the boys with us for 5 weeks. They did a while house refurbishment. They were very kind, funny and professional gentleman. They have done fantastic work. We are thrilled with how everything has turned out! I would highly recommend them! From flooring, plastering, installing a new toilet to making an under the stairs cupboard and walk in wardrobe. Pricing is great. If I need anymore work done I will be calling LC Home Improvements.

Utility room modernised and improvements

Luis worked really hard to improve our utility room. The job wasn’t easy but Luis always found a way in improving and modernising it. He was always on time and worked hard to get all the work done. Really happy with the end result and his work is always of the highest standard. Thanks again

The job was not easy as paint reacted on the walls but got there in the end with lots of perseverance and made an excellent job very tidy and clean work

Builder, bathroom, carpenter, plastering -

We’re so pleased that we had Luis for our building work and bathroom fitting. He is a genuinely nice guy and nothing was too much trouble for him. He made sure the area was left clean every evening and we couldn’t fault his work. He was brilliant throughout from quote to finished project. He was always on time and completed the work as agreed. Everyone needs a Luis in their lives. We would highly recommend him and won’t hesitate to book him again. Thank you for everything. Jon
