Prompt response to job, good communication, came on time and great job done.

Lucas responded promptly to my query about repairs to 2 of our toilets. He arranged an inspection the following day, sent an estimate within 24 hours, and arranged to complete the work a few days later. Although some of the work was technically challenging he completed it all within half a day and the toilets are now working perfectly.

Great all round - got in touch quickly after job was listed, even managed to come first thing the next morning to fit things in around other works we are having done at the house. Would recommend!
