Lucas responded promptly to my query about repairs to 2 of our toilets. He arranged an inspection the following day, sent an estimate within 24 hours, and arranged to complete the work a few days later. Although some of the work was technically challenging he completed it all within half a day and the toilets are now working perfectly.
