  House extension and a new raised patio.

  From the initial meeting and throughout the process Lukasz has been great at communicating, making helpful suggestions, spotting and resolving any issues and making sure the works run smoothly. He is a very good problem solver, has great attention to detail and well organised. Lukasz is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work. His team are true professionals: hard working, on time, reliable, tidy, polite and respectful. The result is a beautiful extension built to a very high standard.   Very clear communication, efficient and hardworking team

  Lukasz and the team managed to do a complete renovation of our family home in 10 weeks, which included: •A number of structural changes including removal of load bearing walls. •Complete removal of all out dated materials. •Thermal upgrade of the original, 1970 era extension. •Total upgrade of electricity, plumbing central heating system. •Installation of a new downstairs toilet and connecting to sewer line, new kitchen, family bathroom & painting throughout. •Removal of a access hole that the original extension was built over. •Rendering of house exterior.

  Lukasz was recommended by friends who’d worked with him on their extension. We’ve just completed the first fix and are very impressed with the quality, so we’re continuing with him to completion. He’s been a fantastic advisor, offering smart design solutions, practical improvements, and clear options to stay on budget. His attention to detail, flexibility, and craftsmanship are excellent.   Lukasz and his team have been excellent. From the initial scoping of the works and giving valuable insight and suggestions, to working through the job itself. They have worked diligently, keeping us informed and checking key decisions with us as we progress. Lukasz is very thorough, methodical and organised. His team are polite, courteous, hardworking and treat our home with respect. Their work to date has been of a high standard and we would recommend them highly.

  House renovation + kitchen and bathroom

  We had a great experience with Lukasz and his team renovating our house. They plastered and painted throughout and put in new flooring. They did a brilliant job of our new kitchen and bathroom. Lukasz was helpful from the start, providing ideas and suggestions as we were new to the process and kept us updated with progress throughout, finishing on time!   Internal renovation

  We are using Lukasz for our renovation at the moment and are really happy with his work so far. From the beginning he was really helpful, providing ideas to best use the space and a good idea of the times scales. He has been communicative throughout and kept us updated with and changes or issues along the way. In addition he has been patient with our often silly questions. Looking forward to getting the project fully completed but would highly recommend him already.
