Firstly, after cancelling on the agreed date, the work was carried out a week late. Secondly, a day’s work was quoted for initially, the workers were left to do the work without any supervision, with clear instructions to follow by. On our return to my mother’s property, we noticed that there was some shrubery that was
missed in the front garden. This was pointed out and asked to finished as
the job was already paid for. Les argued the fact that this was asked to be done (when it was) calling my family liars showing an abysmal attitude to customer care, would certainly not recommend

Firstly work was not cancelled ,the date was changed due to my partner being unwell , agreement of what work had to be carried out was agreed between myself and the father ,on his instructions certain shrubs we're not to touched ,I have never met the reviewer he was not there when quote had taken place ,he contacted me a few days after the work was done saying he wanted the extra work doing that was not agreed ,after a long discussion I agreed as a good will gesture to go back and do a shrub for him at no cost and then he changed his mind and told me to leave it , There was nothing wrong with the work , negative feedback is all down to customer wanting something for nothing ,I have a good reputation and I am confident it will stay that way ,I treat customers fairly ,I would not work for this customer again.
