I used L beech for a kitchen and bathroom at our holiday home . From meeting Liam to completion of job the process couldn’t have been better! As I wasn’t around Liam kept me up to date with progress with regular pictures and videos which was great . Both the kitchen and bathroom were done to a great standard , it was a hassle free pleasure with Liam running the job with his professional can do attitude. I highly recommend.

We'd recommend L.Beech Plumbing & Property Maintenance without hesitation. Liam coordinated every stage of our bathroom renovation, organised each trade and kept us informed throughout. Liam, Dan, Dan, Martin the tiler, and Jordan and his colleague the electricians were skilled, friendly and communicated clearly. Our 200-year-old house presented challenges, from remedial work to a long-dead rat in the roof space, but everything was resolved. The finished bathroom has exceeded every expectation, resembling something from an interiors magazine, and we're absolutely delighted.

When my 81 year old dad was let down by another tradesman, I rang Liam. Within 30 minutes, he had visited my dad, found out what work he needed doing in his bathroom and sent me a quote for the work including photos. I was amazed! Liam was so accommodating and managed to fit the job in and within 4 weeks from my initial phonecall, the job was done- and to a terrific standard. Throughout the process, Liam kept me informed every step of the way and my dad is delighted with his bathroom. I cannot fault Liam and his team. I highly recommend Liam and will use him again in the future.
