Luke has responded very fast and professionally from the first moment we contacted him. With his advice we found the root cause of the issue. He provided a fair cost and executed the work when agreed and under high quality standards, keeping us always informed and providing all documents we needed to claim the insurance. Highly recommend! We are really pleased with the extension built for us by LB Developments. Work was carried out within the agreed timeframe and budget, and has been done to a really high quality. Luke has been honest, reliable, tidy, has kept us throughly updated throughout the whole build process and has just been a really nice, honest person to work with. Brilliant! Luke is very reliable and plans each job in great detail to get the best outcome. He diagnosed the underlying cause of our damp issue and accurately diagnosed penetrating damp due to poor pointing/leaky gutter. He even made suggestions for DIY external waterproofing measures we could do to prevent the issue recurring.
