Lee and Geoff were excellent to work with. From the very start of the project, Lee helped me to establish the best use of space for the most cost effective build, he worked with the architect to translate my vision into detailed plans and explained any recommendations to me clearly. The quality of the build is exceptional and the attention to detail has been really impressive. The site has been kept tidy at all times and I have been incredibly happy with the finished result. There will be another phase to this project and I won’t hesitate to ask Lee and Geoff to come back!

LB construction and Renovation undertook a ground floor renovation on our 1930’s property and we’re very pleased with the results. The team were polite, timely and the work was to a high standard, highly recommend.

Very impressed with Lee's professionalism and depth of knowledge about the work that needed to be done. Clearly, he is very experienced. I am, myself, a Member of the Chartered Institute of Building though I am too old now to be able to undertake this work myself. It does mean, however, that I am very familiar with building works and structural issues and, as such, I am a fairly critical appraiser of work being done. Lee impressed me, however, with both the technical aspects of the work and his attention to detail and cleanliness. I would not hesitate to recommend him.
