We could be very happy to recommend L B Construction and Maintenance. Lee and his team arrived promptly each day and completed our works to a high standard and in an efficient manner. The quote was fair and did not change. Everything promised by Lee was delivered including leaving our property clean and tidy each day. When we require any other building works we will be calling him again. 10/10 all round

Lee and Andy fixed my garage roof which had been badly damaged by, we think, squirrels. Once they removed the tiles they found the job was bigger than they originally anticipated, but they managed to re arrange their week to get everything sorted for me. They were both friendly and reliable, they did a good job, cleaning up well afterwards etc - happy to recommend. 

Soffit and fascia needed repair and they came and fixed it. Good job done, they were on time and job was charged as quoted. Would use again!

Lee was a good communicator and despite their advice that no work was actually required, we went ahead so that the felt looked tidy. The blown felt was around a vent tile and Lee installed a breathable membrane so that there would be no chance of moisture entering throgh the vent tile.

Lee, Andy and the team have done a great job for us. They assessed the problems we had and recommended one roof replacement (south facing), some repairs (west) and nothing required to north facing. Their quote was competitive and they completed the job to budget and within anticipated timescales. Consistently professional, courteous and friendly. We have no hesitation in recommending them.
