I'd seen Lazard recommended various times in the Hornchurch and Upminster Facebook pages and I'd also seen their working vans frequently around the borough. Their quote was mid priced and armed with all this I had them replace a whole shower unit, base, enclosure and splash walls which required all the previous tiles to be removed. From start to finish the work was done professionally and they've done an excellent job which wea re very happy with. I'd have no hesitation recommending them for any plumbing.

I was very pleased with the representative from Lazards who managed to source and fit a spare put for our gas boiler that I had been told by other companies was no longer available. Thus saving me the cost and disruption of replacing the boiler. The admin team at Lazards are also very helpful and responsive.

Appointment was scheduled for 8 am and the plumber arrived promptly on time. We were kept updated the day before about our appointment, and on the day the plumber made sure we were happy with the work as it was being carried out. All the work was completed to a very satisfactory standard.

Lazards turned up on time, the repair was completed and tested. Everything was working fine. Great service.

Heating not working early am. Phoned Lazard and they had engineer come in about 1 pm which was very quick

They replaced an ancient warm air ducted central heating system by a gas fired system with radiators. They offered a competetive price, started the work promptly and finished on time and on budget. They included a good guarantee also. I am very pleased so far (the system has been in place just over a month).
