Replace both the inlet valve & flush valve in upstairs toilet

Very professional and efficient service at a reasonable price. The appropriate parts were sourced and everything was properly fitted with one eye on fittings within the cistern which could easily deteriorate in the near future and, consequently replaced without extra charge. Also it's nice to find workmen who make sure everything is left totally clean and tidy. Another excellent Lazard experience.

Outside tap fitting

Thankful to Ray of Lazard for fitting us an outside tap. Had a couple of plumbers that came and look they all said the same thing, either its too difficult that they cant do it or if they do the it the only possible way they can fit is to make a hidden pipe through our living room or remove floorboards. Ray fitted it without having to do none of that, he got a feed from the boiler from the ceiling. I now have a trusted plumber to use everytime we will need one. Its hard to trust when you have been scammed previously thank God to Lazard!

I needed my expansion tank replaced.

The plumber was a very pleasant chap. He treated my house with respect (I have an almost white carpet) and he explained everything he had done before he left. Great service from the beginning of requesting help from the office to completed work from the plumber. Very happy customer.
