  Very impressed with Lav Energy. Communication was excellent from the start, with several options offered to suit our schedule. On arrival she was polite, professional and wore overshoes throughout the survey without being asked. It’s rare these days for a company to meet expectations so completely. Every stage, from the initial enquiry to receiving our certification, happened exactly as promised. Clear communication, reliable timescales and a very professional service throughout. No excuses, hidden costs, missed appointments or delays. One of the best services I’ve received.
