We used Lavender three times to clear our late mother's house. First an attic clearance, then an interim clearance before launching the house for sale and then the final clearance. On all three occasions they were absolutely outstanding. Chris went to the house and let himself in with the keys from the keysafe, unset the alarm spoke to me on the phone in Italy whilst he walked around the house to give me a quote. Reset the alarm and replaced the keys in the keysafe. I knew I could trust him 100%.

He provided a prompt assessment and reasonable quote for clearance, and was upbeat, knowledgeable and inspired confidence. The company’s minimal landfill and progressive recycling policy is admirable. The clearance was completed at short notice. Fantastic from start to finish completely clearing a family property including garden, outbuildings and garage.
