We contacted Lavender Clearances a couple of weeks ago to clear the flat of a relative. Chris gave an immediate quote and fortunately was able to do the job the next day. His team cleared the flat, on the 9th floor, by early afternoon and sent photos of the swept, empty flat. Chris was great in collecting and returning the keys. Would not hesitate in recommending this company. Fully licensed, recycles items, easy to work with and great communication.

Professional, speedy and reliable. These guys work extremely hard and no amount of clutter fazes them. Chris completely understood our needs after our elderly father passed away and his rented property had to be cleared. He chatted to us about the process of sorting recycling and disposal and even picked up and dropped of the keys. They did an excellent job! With confidence instilled from the start and a very competitive quote, I'd definitely use them again!

Chris came and inspected the property after my mum passed away, told him what I wanted, he gave price and date for job immediately, was happy to accept. Team turned up, on time, did an excellent job, quicker than I expected, left house exactly as I wanted so I could hand it back to local council. Should need arise would gladly use these again, or recommend to anybody needing a similar service

We used Lavender three times to clear our late mother's house. First an attic clearance, then an interim clearance before launching the house for sale and then the final clearance. On all three occasions they were absolutely outstanding. Chris went to the house and let himself in with the keys from the keysafe, unset the alarm spoke to me on the phone in Italy whilst he walked around the house to give me a quote. Reset the alarm and replaced the keys in the keysafe. I knew I could trust him 100%.
