  Emergency leak repair

  Laurence came out to stop and repair a leak which occured while we were away, which caused extensive damage to the property. He picked up the phone at an unsociable time and quickly came to the property to isolate and fix the leak. I could not have asked for a better service in an emergency.

  Installation of a shower and tiling of bathroom floor to replace a bath fitting

  Laurence provided suitable options to cater for budget. The shower provided is great and repaired the damp in the bathroom. To fit the floor tiles the sink and toilet were removed / replaced, Laurence did a great job.

  Corrected the issue, but caused property damage

  I have mixed feelings. They fitted a new shower thermostatic mixer, which works perfectly. However, the care taken with my home was lacking. When moving the shower enclosure, they didn't protect the floor, leaving deep scratches across 6 tiles. While fixing the original leak, they also warped the shower door, causing a new leak. I had to get the tiles replaced. To their credit, they paid for this, but only after I escalated the issue to Checkatrade. The plumbing was fine, but the property damage and hassle to get it sorted means I wouldn't recommend them.
