  Lawrence delivered and installed my washing machine back in the summer 2025. He used a press tool as I live on the 2nd floor to avoid any accidents or damage. He was also early to allow this proccess. The work was top drawer and had additional parts on hand due to unforseen extra tasks. In addition he gave me sound advice on maintaining my machine for longevity. All in all he was very efficient and cleaned up after job completion. Very professional 10/10
