We had issues with our locks and needed to get it resolved during the week but ran out of time. Around midday saturday the key wouldnt even turn and i was stuck outside with 2 little children. I phone 3 places, two of which quoted at least 3 to 4 hours. However my issue was resolved along with the initial problem within 25 minutes of my call to them. All for a modest fee which truly saved my bacon! He was also really friendly as well.

Arrived on time, was very curteous. My lock was hard to find and I was talked through an option and how it would work. The door hinge had broken which was also mended and the door greased and aligned. I have a new door now, would defo use again and refer onto other people. Job well done!

Who is so easy to deal with these guys? Communicated very promptly by text and knew exactly what we needed. Really competitively priced and perfectly executed. Would definitely recommend.

Ray came out to us after the lock in our patio door broke. Ray was polite and friendly, he explained everything he needed to do. Apart from fitting new locking mechanism Ray also repaired the doors which are closing much better now. Would highly recommend this business.
