I have used Latch & Locksmith twice now and on both occasions have been very satisfied with the work carried out. Arrived when they said they would and reasonably priced. I was unable to open my back door. Ray resolved the problem quickly and efficiently and luckily no parts were required but he also realigned the door for me so now my door is opening and closing much better and easier than it ever did before! Would highly recommend this company and would definately use their services again if needed.

Easy to contact, turned up as arranged, change front door locks, and even adjusted/aligned the door so it works better now. Very reasonable cost too. I can highly recommend this firm.

I rang this company, purely because they were local. I was in a complete flap, having rushed to leave home for an emergency dental appt and left my key inside, in the lock. In moments of total panic you just ‘hope’! Ray answered my call, very reassuring, understanding and responded in super quick time. He resolved the issue in under 10minutes. As promised, no damage to my door or locks. I would recommend this company and wish I’d known in hindsight that they were on checkatrade! My daughter looked them up as I was driving. You really haves added security and I wouldn’t hesitate to call again.

Absolutely excellent service. Our door handle broke locking us out so Ray responded quickly. He was professional, friendly and let us know all of the work needed. I highly recommend Latch and Locksmith.

We had issues with our locks and needed to get it resolved during the week but ran out of time. Around midday saturday the key wouldnt even turn and i was stuck outside with 2 little children. I phone 3 places, two of which quoted at least 3 to 4 hours. However my issue was resolved along with the initial problem within 25 minutes of my call to them. All for a modest fee which truly saved my bacon! He was also really friendly as well.

Arrived on time, was very curteous. My lock was hard to find and I was talked through an option and how it would work. The door hinge had broken which was also mended and the door greased and aligned. I have a new door now, would defo use again and refer onto other people. Job well done!
