Communication was quick. Turned up early. Explained what he was going to do. Offered me a choice of locks. Completed the job quickly. Explained how the new lock worked. Very pleasant and friendly chap.

Fantastic service!! I had multiple issues which meant they needed to come and have a look to quote. Was worried that meant a hard sell once here… couldn't have been more wrong. Ray came out, investigated everything, talked me through every aspect of the works required (including a really fair price) and offered to do it whenever was convenient. Went above on beyond to make the house as secure as possible when completing the work too… even fixed an issue I wasn’t aware of for no extra charge. Would recommend to anyone!!

I had to call Ray for help repairing a front door lock at my mums and he made time to visit first thing the next day. Communication was great, and Ray worked very quickly to remove, repair and then replace the lock. I felt very reassured as he checked the mechanism thoroughly, and tested multiple keys. He was fair, and didn’t try to sell a new lock because the original could be repaired quite easily. I would definitely recommend the team - friendly, fast and really helpful. Thanks guys!
