Ashely was polite and good to deal with in working up a quote for the work. A different person came and did the work, and the quality of repair work was good, especially in terms of fixing various dodgy windows. However, he replaced a door handle with one that was a different colour to the one we had (and matched window handles next to it). Following the work, I've sent 5 messages reminding the company to send a receipt despite being told originally it would be emailed the next working day after the job. Not impressed as I need a receipt.
