James & Michael were fantastic! Professional, friendly, they did a fab job, managed to squeeze me into their schedule inside of 24 hours of me initially getting in touch, kindly cleared all the debis away at the end of the job, and were extremely knowledgeable about tree care and the correct way to prune without damaging the tree; absolutely tip top service in every way. Added to that, they were lovely chaps too; a pleasure to chat with and the sort of people you feel very comfortable having round to your house. Can't thank you enough James, Michael and Lasting Impressions!

James was very responsive, he came to the house to look at the job, took some photos which he sent over to check we were happy with or whether we wanted any adjustments. He messaged the night before to confirm he was still attending and on the morning, throughout the job he sent regular updates with photos as I wasn’t at home when the work was being carried out. He cleared up and took all the waste with him. Really happy with his work and would definitely recommend, fair price, reliable and happy to accommodate any changes and give advice.

Communication was great from initial contact, to coming round to check the job, to turning up and doing the work. James was very knowledgeable, polite and reliable. All debris was taken away. Michael was great throughout from quoting to completion. He came out quickly to quote, didn't put any pressure on and was happy to answer any queries. He was very reasonably priced too. The work started earlier than expected and ran smoothly throughout. His team were all friendly and helpful. I contacted him about some minor snagging at the end and Michael made sure this was rectified to a high standard the next day and then everything was left tidy. Very happy with our new patio and paths next to the drive. Would highly recommend!

From the initial quote through to the end of the work the team did an amazing job - even in the heat wave. Very considerate, on time and left everything clean and tidy. Included full digging up of the current driveway, flattening to one level, block paving and a concealed manhole cover.
