Excellent experience with Ashley and Ian from laser security price was good was carried out promptly and all in all a satisfactory experience

Ashley answered my call immediately and was at my elderly mum’s within 40 minutes. He didn’t charge me for an emergency call out, nor did he charge me for fixing mum’s TV and front door bell! ??. Lovely guy, friendly, prompt and reliable. Did the jobs quickly and let me pay by invoice even though I was a new customer. Thank you, Ashley. ??

I had an old alarm system that wasn't working. Asked Lazer if they could fix it and get it working, which they did. Ashley was very professional and did an excellent job. He is very proud of his work and is particular about providing the best solution and service to his customers. Working with an older system presented challenges but he worked his way through them and delivered a solution that we are very happy with.

I was very impressed with the efficiency , quality and tidiness of the work carried out by Ashley and Louis from Laser Security. The work was completed within half a day on a Saturday and the system was fully explained and demonstrated to both myself and my wife. Unfortunately our wi-fi quality limited our initial use of the full benefits of the camera system but Ashley recommended a quick fix solution which resolved any difficulties and Laser Security would not finalise the project until they accepted we were fully happy and comfortable with the system. Would highly recommend their service .
