  Boiler service, bolier repair, emergency call out

  Lara has done annual boiler services and boiler repair for me and for my mother for a few years now - including coming out in an emergency on Christmas Eve. She is a pleasure to have in the house, efficient, reliable and friendly, clean and tidy after each job

  Friendly and efficient. Lara diagnosed the fault very quickly, explained what the problem was and, went to buy a new zone valve, and fitted it.

  Boiler losing pressure

  Lara was brilliant - this is the second time she’s come to fix something (last time it was the botched plumbing under the sink) and I really appreciate her work. She explained everything, estimated costs, took time to make sure everything was safe and working before leaving and checked in afterwards. I can’t recommend Lara highly enough.

  Boiler Service and Rad repairs

  We highly recommend Lara. Having had terrible experiences with previous companies, I was recommended Stopcocks by numerous people and we could not be happier with Lara’s work. She communicated with me during the job to explain what the issues were and then how I could easily fix my radiators, and then completed a service for us on our boiler. We will 100% use Lara again.
