Lewis was prompt . Efficient in finding the cause of the problem and explaining it. He resolved the problem check the source and Jeff the room clean and tidy . Very pleasant experience in a time of stress.

Lewis supported a rain shower for us and fixed two leaking pipes after a someone else had not installed them properly, as well as fixing our toilet inlet. Very knowledgeable and professional and clearly explained everything to me in a friendly way. Considerate in the house and cleared up afterwards. Would definitely recommend.

Our shower stopped working and we had no hot water. We called Lewis and he came over immediately. He saw what the problem was and ordered a new shower, taps and parts. He then went to collect the order and brought it back. He set to work fitting the shower and taps and worked efficiently and tidy. The whole time he was friendly and personable and easy to get on with. Very quickly, we had a new shower and taps that looked better than what we previously had. He cleared everything away and I was delighted by the service. I would highly recommend Lewis and will use him again when I need to.
