    Worked with Lanton and Niki as Property Manager of a local letting agency. Really informative throughout the whole process of getting a bathroom renovated for a landlord. Work completed to a great standard.

    Full kitchen and bathroom renovation

    I have lovely new kitchen&bathroom w/ no hassles. On removing the old kitchen, saw there had been a slow leak into the floor joists. Niki was proactive in recommending and arranging specialist surveyors - and co-ordinated for the surveyors to brief the Lantons tradesmen in what was needed to safely make good. Appreciated their patience with getting it nice to my taste inc organising several alternative kitchen designs, nice details & even squeezing in a breakfast bar! I was kept well informed, and despite the extra complications, the job was finished efficiently and to a good time.

    Kitchen Installation

    I received a full schedule just before fitting began and despite some issues with my kitchen suppliers the talented team at Lanton handled everything perfectly. Project management was outstanding, highly organised and they kept in touch with me all through the process. I'm really happy with the results and have had such a great experience.     Wallpaper stripping, skimming and painting

    Nate did a beautiful job stripping the old wallpaper off my walls, skimming and repainting. The whole room has been refreshed and I am very happy with the results. Nate was efficient, polite and clean. I would definitely use Lanton Property Services again for painting and decorating!

    Decorating following major leak

I’m Anton Sullivan and I’m the owner of AMS decorating, a family run business based just outside Brighton. After many years of decorating for other companies, I decided to open up AMS Decorating in 2018.

We offer

  • A virtually dust-free decorating service, with state-of-the-art sanding equipment.
  • We only use waterbased paints indoors for less small, quicker drying times, non-yellowing, and far more environmentally friendly
  • Free estimates and a comprehensive breakdown of specific works along with a plan and time frame.

The cliche to decorating is "it's all in the preparation" this is very true but using the right products for the right tasks is also key and instrumental to a long-lasting finish. My superpower is knowing the product for the job, whether you want super durable paint on the walls or scuff-proof skirting boards, I will have the right product for you.
