10 Great job done and looked after it from start to finish

It’s not often I come across someone who just makes my life easier but when I do, I feel I need to shout about it. I recently needed a loft room & bathroom insulated, redecorated etc and stumbled across Lanton Property Services. Anton literally took charge, did what needed to be done, in a really good (and tight) space of time. I didn’t have to bother about deliveries, being there to let people in, lining up each person to come when they’re needed, ya know, the usual chaos! I’ve used Lanton property services a few times now. In fact I think they have decorated my entire house over the last few years since moving in. I didn’t know any decorators when I moved to Brighton and I asked them to do one small job for me at first. Cut to two years later and I’m happy to leave the guys doing the work while I’m away and for them to recommend what should and shouldn’t be done. I’m Anton Sullivan and I’m the owner of AMS decorating, a family run business based just outside Brighton. After many years of decorating for other companies, I decided to open up AMS Decorating in 2018.
We offer
- A virtually dust-free decorating service, with state-of-the-art sanding equipment.
- We only use waterbased paints indoors for less small, quicker drying times, non-yellowing, and far more environmentally friendly
- Free estimates and a comprehensive breakdown of specific works along with a plan and time frame.
The cliche to decorating is "it's all in the preparation" this is very true but using the right products for the right tasks is also key and instrumental to a long-lasting finish. My superpower is knowing the product for the job, whether you want super durable paint on the walls or scuff-proof skirting boards, I will have the right product for you.
