Lantec Security and Matt, their engineer, were first class. I had an issue with my home alarm for some time. The Lantec team took over the management and servicing of the alarm, re-set everything and got it all working like new! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lantec Security. A+++

I contacted Lantec to request a quotation for a new intruder alarm and monitoring of system. Plus taking over the maintenance and servicing of all our fire safety for 3 offices. Their response was immediate, booked in site surveys to be carried out within a week. Their price was far cheaper than competitors, extremely pleased with overall service.

It is good to get the same engineer for a number of years. That means he knows our system well. Dragos is very diligent and thorough. He is careful to avoid bringing in any outside dirt with him. He communicates just the right amount - enough information to provide reassurance, but not delving into too much technical detail. I'm sure we'll stick with Lantec, all the while their pricing stays competitive.
