absolutely incredible, within 2 hours of raising the request, Fred had called us and explained the whole process and asked when we would like to arrange the site visit. I asked for asap and he was there within a couple of days. On the site Visit, nothing was too much for Fred and he went above and beyond. He also called us to talk through the report once we had received that was well. 10/10 service from start to finish
