Excellent, tidy and very professional

Very professional, tidy and courteous workers. Did an excellent job in the worst of conditions.

The Lanes Mains team turned up to site 2 hours late, looked at the site but didn't do any work. Indicated that they were uncomfortable with the quote they provided, and then without further feedback, drove off never to return. Didn't return any of my calls. Very unprofessional and very rude, wasted 2 hours of my time on the day, I had waited a month for this work to be completed.

Lucus from Lanes Mains attended promptly and under difficult circumstances carried out a repair to a split water main service pipe in our sloping front garden. He was professional in his approach and kept us informed as to the progress of the repair. Once completed, he tidied up and left the garden in a serviceable state. Overall I was very happy with the service and will have no hesitation in using or recommending them again.

Joe Lane, the proprietor, visited site and provided (by far) the best price for the job- to locate and replace an 18-metre leaking mains water supply pipe and to complete in a day which was done. Great job by Daniel and team in rain most of the day. The speed with which the 'mole' travelled was impressive, only three holes were needed, one under sandstone paving which was lifted and relayed without any damage. No mini digger needed ! Water off for less than an hour. The team were cheerful, professional, hard working and polite throughout despite getting very wet and dirty. Thoroughly recommended.
