The whole property was repointed as agreed at a competitive price. All the old mortar was ground out properly before being replaced with fresh mortar. Pipework and cables were removed to enable the pointing and replaced at the end of the job. The site was left clean at the end of each day to minimise disruption. Lewis and his 3 co-workers arrived and started work early each day (8am), working long days to ensure the work was completed. A little bit of tidy-up required after the 4 days due to a weather delayed start on day 1, but Lewis communicated this to me and made sure it was done

The young man who did the work, worked hard all day did a very good job of pointing my home brickwork, and i am very pleased he did it in one day.

The team were excellent and I was most impressed with the level of detail and communication at every step. Lewis was always in touch to address any issues and talked through any complications. They left the job in a clean and tidy manner but a more substantial wash down wound have helped but that is a minor point on what was a very professional job from the boys.
