  Ground floor extension

  L&S homes helped us build a fantastic ground floor extension including 6m of bifolding doors with an open corner. Their work was detailed, high quality and very well priced. They recommended an architect to complete the designs & handle planning applications, completed the work in record time, and came back to fix minor issues months when needed. They did some work for one of my neighbour's as well which was equally good, and I saw their work & received positive references from 2 other people in the area on top of this. I would ighly recommend them to anyone looking to do work on their house

  Complex extension of grade 2 listed terrace house

  Exceptional client service. Solutions oriented, pragmatic and cost conscious. Great network of sub trades and co-ordination. This was a very complex build - listed, terrace, 300 tones of soil removal, architectural features. Can’t recommend enough.

  Extension

  The team were on site every day, they worked long hours in all weathers to get the work done. The planning for the sequence of work meant that disruption was kept to a minimum and there were no periods of waiting for trades to come onsite. It was all very well coordinated and thought through, and problems with our old house solved effectively. The team are trustworthy and reliable.Being left to continue whilst we went on holiday without any concerns. The team were very polite. Tidied up at the end of each day very carefully. The quality of workmanship was exceptional. Very highly recommended

  Two storey extension

  We have dealt with a few builders over the years but L&S have been exceptional. The work has been done to a really high standard, on time and at the contracted price. Everything was done very efficiently, during working hours only, and with great care to keep things clean, safe and well managed, letting us live at home through the work and minimising disruption to the neighbours. They clearly wanted to build something they would be proud of too and they fixed a number of existing problems with our house that other builders might have left. We feel very lucky to have found them.

  Two storey extension to the front of a property

  From the moment we first met with L&S Homes it was clear that they were professional, keen to understand our needs and incredibly efficient. Our quote arrived promptly within a few days and was clearly laid out, easy to understand and reasonable. The building team always arrived on time, were polite and incredibly tidy and the workmanship was to a very high quality. Our house went from an ugly chalet bungalow to a beautiful home. Such was the quality and efficiency of their work that we had a stream of people knocking on our door asking who our builders were! We are sure we will use them again!
