Notified the customer around an hour before going to look at the job to rebook schedule due to delayed materials on site to complete before the next working day. I gave the customer an open schedule for the following week to allow more opportunity to see it for her.
However it seems that a genuine apology to not being able to make it gives her the right to leave a negative review.
