Steve was recommended to me for any joinery work I needed doing. He arrived on time to fit 2 internal oak doors. Nothing was too much trouble and he even came back to fit 2 sets of hinges that weren't supplied, he also ordered and supplied them. He was a gentleman and I wouldn't hesitate to pass his name onto anyone else.

Fitted a new kitchen back in April and had them back to do some wood panelling in my living room. During the work they had dragged my sofa across my brand new (fitted 2 weeks before) herringbone flooring and scratched all the floor. Spoke to Steve regarding the floor and admitted to dragging the sofa instead of lifting it. Said he would have pay for damage when told how much it would cost to replace he became very aggressive and disputed it. Steve sent across £50 less that what it cost to repair. When asked why he sent less he became very angry and displayed threatening behaviour.

Was told they would arrive at 08:00, they arrived at 07:58! How often does that happen? Excellent start. Five new doors needed hanging to old out of level frames, they persevered until early evening refusing to go 'til the job was done. Outstanding service.

Steve was brilliant from start to finish. He listened to exactly what I wanted and even offered alternative suggestions to save me money. He was reliable and finished work to a high standard. Reasonably priced too! Thank you Steve!

Steve replaced the skirtingboards as I asked and put new ones in. He also put some sheets to prevent mould to form and game a couple of suggestions on how to deal with damp. I'm just sorry I didn't understand that the skirtingboard wouldn't be finished and will need painting, but it's not a big deal…
