I was very happy with the quote I was given but they let me down on two occassions and when they could come out I had prior arrangements. Then I went on holiday on my return I contacted them and they said they would try and fit me in one afternoon that week, but they never turned up ,so I contacted them to inform them that I would be going with someone else. They did reply informing me that they were very busy,so why get in touch with me in the first place. I could have had my gate replaced much sooner.
