Unfortunately after an initial positive experience, it's taken a negative turn. Very polite and helpful but unfortunately after the job was complete we noticed some areas of the fence had been damaged during the course of the work. We were promptly promised that this would be fixed no problem but after having dragged it out I'm now not getting any replies :( very disappointed
