  Flat roof replacement

  We were kindly recommended landmark roofing via a previous customer of theirs as we had a leaking flat roof. Upon inspection from Jay it was visible that the existing felt roof had failed which caused a leak and saturated boarding. We opted for new board replacement with a 3 layer felt system absolutely over the moon with the result and would highly recommend

  New roof replacement

  We have recently had a new extension and the old roof didn’t get the same feel with the existing tiles so we opted for a new roof replacement, spoke to a few roofing companies and invited landmark roofing ltd to pop over and quote after speaking to a local tradesmen who recommended. Jay arrived with fantastic experience in his field and showed us various options in tiles that would work but also give us a modern look to our property. Work was carried out on the agreed start date and efficiently completed with no disruption to myself or my husband who works from home! 5****

  Had a leak on my extension flat roof and decided to get a few different roofers around, Jay and Landmark Roofing I would recommend them to anyone ( I have already to most of my street 😊 ) Jay and the team did a fantastic job, the reason why I chose these and not the others Jay made me feel so calm and no pressure to accept his quote, they kept me up to date with everything and made sure everything was like clean and tidy after every days works. 5* Jay and Landmark Roofing
