  New flat foot insulation

  Would like to thank the team at landmark roofing and guttering. Done an amazing job on our new flat roof.. We had constant problems with our flat roof, leaking here one minute then some where else the next. We both decided we needed to just renew the whole lot. We contacted Robbie at landmark, we had a quote put to us that was very competitive and we are so happy we went with him. His team were always polite and curtious and were updated daily with how the project was going. Would definitely use again if we needed any more works carrying out.

  Highly recommend Landmark Roofing. They are really reliable, clean and tidy, great communication and high quality work. Their work also comes with a 5 year warranty which is great.

  Replacement roof on an outbuilding

  Really great company. Reasonable quote, great communication and got the work done in the estimated time despite some unforeseen issues with the roof (original v rotten). Most impressive was how they left the space... cleaner than they arrived. Would 100% recommend

  Reroofing to waterproof and old house. Great job and very fast.

  Robbie, Scott and the guys were really great. They lifted our slate roof off to fit a waterproof membrane, new battens, replace a couple of rafters, reuse most of our original slates but replace what needs to be replaced (fair few in the end!), gutters, fascias and soffit. By the end of the first day they'd already stripped the roof, felted it, rebattened it, and were starting to lay tiles again. Later rebuilt a crumbly section they discovered along the way too. Had the whole job done in five days. Neither we nor our neighbours could believe how quickly these guys worked. Very impressive.
