  I cannot recommend Landmark Architects highly enough. We worked with Mav, Sukh, and the team on a complex double-storey side extension in Stoke Poges. Planning in this area is notoriously difficult, and our project faced significant scrutiny. Landmark were incredible—they meticulously planned a strategy addressing every concern before it arose. The team left no stone unturned, ensuring the design was sympathetic to the area while creating a perfect modern family home. Their tenacity in securing planning was world-class; well done team!

  Planning First Floor Extension

  I used Mav and his team to apply for planning permission on a first floor extension. From the initial meeting with Mav, I was pleased to have someone on board who was knowledgeable and new what was needed to get this through. The plans were drawn to a high standard and submitted. The conclusion, they were passed. Great service!

  Lifesavers!

  We were left in a nightmare situation when our builder vanished, leaving a half-built house with numerous building control issues. Mav and the Landmark Group took over and turned a disaster into a success. His team professionally rectified every single problem with exceptional workmanship and clear communication. They not only fixed the mess but delivered the home we had dreamed of, restoring our faith in the trade. We cannot recommend them highly enough, especially for complex projects. True, caring experts!

  Strategic town planning advice

  We required strategic town planning advice for a residential development for a single family dwelling. Landmark were referred to us by a local friend. Mav was professional, very knowledgable about the development context and town planning criteria for Bucks. The advice has been valuable to unlock the scheme and the attention to detail provided by Mav has made a huge difference in supporting us to successfully achieve planning for our scheme.

  HOUSE REFURBISHMENT

  I RECENTLY HIRED LANDMARK TO DESIGN AND REMODEL OUR HOUSE INCLUDING ARCHITECTS PLANS AND FULL PROJECT MANAGEMENT. THE SERVICE WE RECEIVED WAS SECOND TO NONE AND COMPLETELY SEAMLESS THROUGHOUT. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
