  L & L have assisted us with a number of plumbing and heating issues over the years. Lloyd is the best heating engineer and plumber we've ever dealt with, and by a considerable margin.

  Gas boiler issue

  I had an issue with my gas boiler, Lloyd replaced an expansion vessel (double-priced for me). Later the boiler started to make a strange loud noise, I sent them the sound record, they came again, checked the boiler, said all fine. In a day the sound appeared again, I called and asked why they did not blow out the batteries as it seemed to be due to air in pipes. Lloyd reacted in a way that proved they did not know about such thing as air in pipes. They responded rudely and just blocked my number. I think such aftercare is not professional, would not recommend. Also, very pricy without reason.

  Gas Combi Boiler service

  Polite and professional, communication was easy. Unfortunately, on the morning of the service, was informed that they had only just checked our address and we were to far away, so they would not attend. Very disappointing.

  After carrying out some work for my mum, really well, I asked him to do some work for us. Lloyd was reliable and fast in pricing and completing the job. His price was competitive and the standard of work very good. I’d use again and recommend him.
