  Kitchen extension

From start to finish, excellent communication was maintained and my urgency of getting this project finished was paid heed to.   Kitchen extension and internal refit

  We used L&G for our kitchen extension and internal re-configuration of hall/ utility. Graham was very helpful managing the finances and organising all the trades people. Warren & Finn were great on-site and we were very happy with all the other tradespeople they used. Communication was good, they kept in touch regularly with what was going on and if there were to be any unplanned changes to budget/timings etc. We stayed in the property whilst the work was being completed and they did their best to make sure disruption was kept to a minimum. Would recommend.

  Loft conversion

  When I decided to take on a large extension project, I chose L & G to help me convert my loft into two additional rooms and an en-suite. From the start, Graham was extremely helpful, providing a detailed quote and keeping me informed about any changes in material prices that could impact the cost. Warren and Finn built the structure around the existing roof, ensuring we stayed dry even during one of the wettest winters on record. The sub-contractors they brought in for the roofing work did a fantastic job, keeping me updated on their progress every day. Overall, I'm really happy with the work

  Side extension and loft conversion

  I recently hired L & G Property Services for a major renovation, including demolishing an old extension and adding a full-height side extension with a loft conversion. Graham and Warren provided a detailed, fixed-price quote, and communication was excellent throughout. Their sub-contractors were skilled and professional. The team also ensured the site was clean at the end of each day, which minimized disruption. We are vey happy indeed with the results and highly recommend L & G Property Services for their reliability and high-quality work.

  Preparing for kitchen to be installed.

  L&G property Ltd were excellent. Graham sorted out with finance and Warren was on site with Finn. They were always on time and always left my home clean and tidy. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Graham was very honest and helpful with any questions I had and even saved me money where he could, and always kept me informed. All the tradesmen that he organised were very good too. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.
