Calum from L&D did a brilliant job replacing our wetroom floor—removed all the damaged flooring, fitted new drainage, membrane, and tiles. The finish is superb—far better than the original install that was just 3 years ago and I have full faith that it'll stand the test of time. Always polite, tidy, on time, and respectful of our home. Communication was clear, fast, and helpful throughout. Finding reliable trades like this is rare—I'd go out of my way to recommend them. An absolute gem.

L&D are very professional and I would have no hesitation in using them again. Calum helped me select a sink and taps and the installation was done efficiently and very tidily. When we realised we needed to replace the unit top, Calum made a bespoke one and painted it to match our bathroom. Excellent communication throughout.

Working with Calum from L&D Design and Installation was a pleasure from start to finish. The quote seemed fair compared to some others I received and his communication throughout was excellent. Helped us with various problems with suppliers along the way, gave great advice on how to maximise the space which we hadn't thought of, and took his time in preparing the room before starting which is key to a good finish. Can't fault the work either, with everything from the tiling to the fitting of cabinets, grouting and siliconing being spot on. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use again.

I approached a number of contractors. Less than impressed with most. Seemed to be looking to replace WC, sink and shower and thought the job done, with estimates giving a range, not a price. What impressed me with L&D was that they understood that preparation was the key to a good job. This included walls and floor. Installing the WC, sink and shower is the easy part. It is the foundation that dictates long term performance. Still a young company making its way. If they continue in the same vein, they will go far. Good luck to them.

Callum arrived on time, and did an excellent job of replacing the thermostatic shower bar, cleared any mess and left the area tidy. Great service, would highly recommend.
