Highly recommend Calum from L&D! We hired him after our first bathroom fitter left us in a tough spot due to poor workmanship, and Calum immediately turned a stressful situation around. Before he could even officially start our full job, he squeezed us in just to get our shower functioning so we didn't have to go without. Once the main project began, his professionalism really stood out. He helped us make smart decisions, communicated clearly, showed up on time every day, worked full hours, and charged a fair price. After our previous bad experience, we can confidently say Calum is great.

Calum designed and installed a new family bathroom for us. An elderly relative is coming to live with us and a bath with shower over was no longer practical. Calum listened to our ideas and provided his own thoughts on these as to what was practical and how we coukd achieve everything we wanted. He always answered our queries promptly. Calum was always on time and provided me with lots of communication. He did not rush the work instead making sure it was done to an excellent standard. He is also coming back to alter the downstairs toilet for us as we were so happy with his work.

Calum fitted an outside tap for us. Communication prior to the work was very good, he was always very polite and professional. The work was done to a very high standard to a very good price. Calum took care of getting the materials, he treated our home with respect and cleaned up after the work was done. We couldn’t have asked for a better plumber!

Callum was amazing from start to finish, very professional and took his time to explain all the options for me and provided me with the best options to get the en-suite done. His workmanship is far beyond any reviews! I couldn’t give him a higher review, he arrived on time and made sure he explained everything during the refit. The work is to high standards and cannot wait to start using our en-suite again. Highly recommended and have arranged to have him back to do our kitchen after the extension is completed. 10/10

My newly fitted shower room, WOW !! From start to finish it was a pleasure such a happy well mannered gentleman, tidy thought full on time and listened fully and thoroughly and had plenty of suggestions I hadn’t thought of to assist as I am disabled and the beautiful finish and style doesn’t look at all like a disability bathroom. He was very happy to look for specific items that I loved. All in all a very very positive experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this gentleman to anyone One happy happy customer

Calum kindly installed a new shower system, shower screen and tiled our main bathroom to facilitate the arrival of new tenants to our rental property in Oxfordshire. The work was completed to exacting standards and the property was left in a very clean and tidy condition once the works were completed. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Calum.
