    Flat roof Replacement

    Once again Chad came to our rescue when we had a leaking baywindow flat roof. He installed a good quality fibre glass roof along with lead flashing to the wall. He is a very fast and neat worker, cleaning up very well and I would have no hesitation in recommending him.

    No follow up

    Hired to instal bird guards to stop nesting. Birds returned the day after and nested. I was told the team would return to remove the nest before eggs were laid and they never came. It's been 2 months now.

    Thank you for your feedback. I attended our previous appointment as scheduled, but unfortunately no one was home. Please note that starling nests are protected and cannot be disturbed until mid-May under current wildlife regulations. We will return as soon as it is legally permitted to remove the nest safely and reinstall the bird guards effectively. We apologise for the delay and any inconvenience caused.     Roofing modernisation.

    Chad and his team from L&C Roofing were courteous, efficient and easy to get on with. It was a difficult time to do a roofing job due to the amount of rain we have had in Feb/March so plans had to change a few times. The job was carried out efficiently and well.     Great roofing job done quickly and efficiently!

    Fantastic job guys! L&C Roofing did a great job fixing slipped and missing slates, clearing gutters and most importantly tracing and fixing a leak in a tiled pitch of the roof. L&C Roofing turned up on time, when they said they would and worked hard to get the job done in two days rather than the three we had planned. This saved us a whole day's hire on the access platform hire. I'll definitely be using them again.
