    Great roofing job done quickly and efficiently!

    Fantastic job guys! L&C Roofing did a great job fixing slipped and missing slates, clearing gutters and most importantly tracing and fixing a leak in a tiled pitch of the roof. L&C Roofing turned up on time, when they said they would and worked hard to get the job done in two days rather than the three we had planned. This saved us a whole day's hire on the access platform hire. I'll definitely be using them again.

    Not good at communication and very rude

    We had a rat that was coming in At first he seemed professional and quick to respond we were quite happy with but then I asked him to come over and check as I could see where the rat was coming in. He didnt even text when he knew he was going to be late was told half hour after the appointment that he wasnt coming he done this a few times. The time when he did turn up he charged us extra for materials which is fine but he never left the remaining and when we questioned the extra charge he got quite rude No communication or thanks for payment Would not recommend

    I’m truly sorry you felt frustrated – that’s never my goal. I worked hard to resolve the rat issue within the original price, but on the follow-up we found the entry point. I explained the extra work (copper mesh + foam) was needed and charged only half my normal rate for it. I apologise for the delayed/cancelled visits and poor communication on those days – running solo sometimes causes scheduling issues and I should have texted sooner. Lesson learned. If anything isn’t right with the work, please call me and I’ll fix it free of charge.

    Fantastic roofer with great customer service.

    Chad was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Nothing seemed to much trouble. Tackled our pest problem in the loft quickly and has checked in regularly to make sure its under control. We have also used him for some other roof issues. Very reasonably priced and dealt with quickly and efficiently. 100% recommend and will call upon him when we need future work doing.

    Roof tiles repair and replacement, guttering repair and renewal, fibreglass renewal on flat roof

    Professional and meticulous approach taken for all three jobs L & C has undertaken for me over the last month (repair and replacement of damaged/slipped roof tiles, repair to main guttering, replacement guttering for front porch, fibreglass recovering of flat roof). All jobs have been carried out to a high standard, at a fair price. Friendly and helpful approach at all times. Clean and tidy. Overall very pleased with all the work. Highly recommended.
