Ben came to see us after we rang him regarding our roof. He informed us on what the problem was and gave us the option of using him to fix it. Ben and his team arrived and began the work right away. Ben kept us informed of every step of the process and what he was doing. Extremely proffesional throughout the whole process. Bens team consisted of Roy. Craig, Dylan and Tom. These lads were hard working, proffesional and very friendly. They always said hello to my 2 year old. We are extremely happy with the service and outcome of the job. First, unless it is an emergency book early, they are very busy with good reason. The replacement of the full inclined roof was recommended with a 20mm OSB, butyl overcover, new edge capping and guttering. The removal of the old roof proved testing as it had been overlaid 4 times in the past this was fully removed boarded and sealed within the day with only the edging and guttering needing to be fitted the following morning, the lads were polite throughout I fully recommend Ben and his team and would have no problem calling on them in the future thanks Ben

LRS review For years we had heavy rain water leaking into our kitchen. We had tried numerous solutions without success. I contacted LRS who assessed the problem and came up with a number of solutions. They provided a competitive quote and started the work almost immediately. They completed the work quickly and efficiently with the minimum of fuss and little disruption. Co-incidentally, the day after the work we had a day of heavy rainfall without any water leaking in, so 🤞 the work they undertook has done the trick. Slipped tiles put back in place, small job that could have been bigger if left. Team was quick to respond to call out request. Very polite and knowledgeable, provided fair advice and quote. Job done quickly, very happy customer.

I recently had Lancs Roofing Specialists work on my old roof, which had been leaking in a few spots and desperately needed attention. From the start, they were professional, honest, and easy to communicate with. They came out quickly for an inspection, identified the issues, and gave me a fair and transparent quote without trying to upsell me unnecessary repairs. The team was punctual and clearly knew what they were doing. They fixed the leaks and completely replaced the broken drainage system, which was causing a lot of the problems.
